EXTRAS ON THE DAY All extras must be pre ordered and are subject to availability

includes upload to our you tube site for all to see and a DVD copy just for you. (length of edited film, 15mins aprox. Available 1 week after the party)

Party Terms and Conditions
No electronic recording devices such as cameras, mobile phones or videos are allowed to be used within the studio. Any use of such devices during a party may result in your party being terminated early. Please note we take a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance of your party due on the party day All deposits are non refundable but may be transferred to another date subject to availability. If no dates are available then your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be notified by email 4 weeks prior to the date of your party. All children attending our parties must be over the age of 6 years old. All party attendees under 18 years old must fill out a parental consent form available from our web site. Failure to complete this form in full could result it the exclusion of that person from the party. All attendees must allow the images to be placed on our secure web site for viewings. Extra photos of family members on the day are at the discretion of the photographer and subject to time restrictions. All party waste must be taken away by yourselves for disposal All parties are subject to change without notice. Where ever possible we will offer a different package in the unlikely event of a technical failure outside the studios control. All images taken by Capture Portrait Parties remain the property of the studio and may be used for publicity and marketing purposes. Copying images without the studios consent is illegal and violators will be prosecuted. All images are protected under U.K. copyright laws.
